This truck runs and drives very good.  Has good tires.  Cold a/c.  Tilt and cruise.  Power locks and windows.  4X4.  5.0 Gasoline engine.  118k miles.  City owned and maintained since new.  No check engine lights, no leaks, no rust and no known issues of any kind.
