This truck is in very good running condition.  Shifts smooth.  Lots of power.  M11 Cummins Diesel.  Has 75k miles.  TxDOT owned and maintained since new.  Very good tires.  Manual 9 speed Eaton Fuller transmission.  Solid bed.  Good tarp.  No leaks, no rust, no check engine lights and no known issues of any kind.  Cold a/c.
